Carpentry

Performance Solutions has a carpentry shop that works in several mediums including hardwood, softwood, fabric, high-tech plastics, flooring, carpeting, vacuum-formed molds, cast decorative pieces.  The shop is outfitted with a state of the art CNC machine.  A lead carpenter will be assigned to bring all your approved ideas into reality.

Metal Fabrication

Our skilled metal fabrication crews work from shop drawings and client specifications to create your vision. From free hand to precise manufacturing our crews maintain the highest quality and safety standards.

Design & Drafting

The design department is responsible for turning designs and /or concepts into workable designs that include automation, lighting, and special effect requirements for the project.

We provide construction drawings, technical manuals, scaled imaging, structurally sound digital models, graphics adjustments, and the accurate scaling and positioning of scenic structures, automations, and lighting effects.

Automations

Performance Solutions offers a variety of options in which to control movement, lighting, sound, special effects, and scenic operations.

Lighting & automations can be controlled using electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics, wireless, computer programming or wiring.

Our capable project managers supervise the construction and integration of lighting, sound, moving components, pneumatic actuators, winch motors and many other types of electronic components to projects.

Scenic Artistry & Industrial Painting

When it comes to the feel and look of a project, our Scenic Artist work closely with the designer and the shop project-team to bring the scenery to life.

Painted backdrops, replicated antique finishes, sleek modern lines, whether it wants to feel 5 days old or 100 years old, we can do it.

Our shop is outfitted with spray coating equipment used to apply or dispense coatings, paints, fluids, cleaners, chemicals, powders and other industrial materials.

Sculpture & Props

Customized decorative elements, carved, sculpted or cast detailing, custom upholstery are just some of the tasks assigned to our talented sculptors and props builders. With our CNC we can replicate props in different scales.
